Temporary footpath closures Niton

The Isle of Wight Council (Puckwell Lane, Niton, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order No 1 2026

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one shift between Wednesday 16 September 2026 and Friday 18 September 2026, or when the works has been completed, Puckwell Lane, Niton will be closed for its entire length. on street Signage will depict the exact length of the closure. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The restriction is required for Footpath repair works.

• Public Footpath NT43 Dock Lane will be closed on Saturday 12 September 2026 to allow safety related tree works to take place.  During the closure the alterative route will be St Catherines Road, Footpath NT40 and Castlehaven Lane.  The closure is between St Catherines Road https://what3words.com/owned.blackouts.idea   and Castlehaven Lane https://what3words.com/acrobats.extent.tweeted
