Path Partnership Project
The Parish Council is working in association with the Isle of Wight Ramblers in a pilot scheme to help look after Niton and Whitwell footpaths. To find out more, including how to volunteer, click here
Additionally, in some locations, the scheme aims to provide new gates, which will greatly improve access to the footpaths for those who cannot easily negotiate stiles. You may be aware that the Ramblers have a “Donate a Gate” scheme? This gives an opportunity to purchase a gate and commemorative plaque for £460. If you’d like to find out more, click here
