Chatfeild Road proposed development – Planning Meeting

The Parish Council Planning Committee will be meeting at Niton Village Hall on Wednesday, 10th July 2024.

This is to primarily discuss planning application 24/00798/OUT – outline consent for residential development and means of access. The land between Chatfeild Road and Allotment Road, Niton.

The meeting will be open from 7.15pm for members of the public to comment before the Meeting proper will start for the Parish Council to consider their response to the application.
