The Isle of Wight Council (Newport Road, Niton, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 3 2026
Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one shift between Friday 13 February 2026, and Monday 16 February 2026, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Newport Road, Niton. For its entire length. On-street signage will depict the exact length of the closure. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during Carriageway repairs

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0915 hours on Tuesday 17 February 2026 until 1445 hours on Thursday 19 February 2026, or when the works has been completed, Newport Road will be closed for its entire length. Please note these works will be phased and on-street signage will depict the exact length of the closures. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The restriction is required for utility works.
