The Island is rightly famed for wonderful produce – from garlic to tomatoes, sweetcorn to soft fruit – and the Parish Council would love to include any recipes which make the most of this.
We have farm shops, so fresh meat is on offer all over the island; or you can buy fish within hours of it being caught.
